DevSecOps Lead Engineer

We are seeking a DevSecOps Lead Engineer to take ownership of our AWS cloud environment's health, security, and performance. This hands-on technical leadership role involves managing infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes clusters, while embedding security best practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure, automation, and secure development, mentoring a small team and advising on emerging technologies like LLM/AI.

• Own and manage AWS environment state end-to-end using Terraform
• Design, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and Helm workloads
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and ArgoCD for GitOps
• Write Python tooling for infrastructure and operational automation
• Embed security throughout the SDLC, including secrets management and policy-as-code
• Serve as senior technical escalation point and mentor for the team

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
