Cloud Engineer, Specialist (AWS/Azure)

Vanguard is seeking a Cloud Engineer Specialist to design, build, and support cloud-based integration and data transmission solutions using AWS and Azure. This hybrid role involves modernizing legacy systems, implementing infrastructure-as-code, and ensuring secure, reliable data exchange with external partners. You will also participate in an on-call rotation and provide technical guidance to the team.

• Design, build, and support cloud-based integration and data transmission solutions
• Modernize legacy MFT and batch-based integrations to cloud-native architectures
• Implement solutions using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers
• Support production data transmission environments and participate in on-call rotation
• Ensure solutions meet security, risk, and compliance requirements
