About this role

Sphera is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the reliability, scalability, and automation of their SpheraCloud SaaS platform, with a focus on core products and AI initiatives. You will lead the design and maintenance of cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and the infrastructure supporting AI and data workloads, ensuring security and compliance.

What we are looking for

Provide technical leadership for DevOps and platform engineering
Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines with integrated scanning
Design, build, and maintain cloud deployment automation
Implement and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform on Azure
Build and operate infrastructure for AI, machine learning, and data workloads (MLOps)
Embed security and compliance into pipelines and infrastructure (DevSecOps)
