IT Engineer

The Hartford is seeking an IT Engineer to modernize its macOS endpoint estate and Apple device management platform. This role focuses on advancing JAMF Pro, accelerating zero-touch device delivery, and enabling a secure, cloud-first Mac experience. You will leverage expertise in JAMF Pro, macOS engineering, cloud identity, and endpoint automation to drive business value in an Agile environment.

• Design, build, and support JAMF Pro services and Declarative Device Management (DDM)
• Automate device builds, patching, software deployment, and lifecycle management
• Support transition to modern cloud identity solutions like Microsoft Entra
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with security teams on endpoint security and compliance controls
• Develop and support APIs and integrations between JAMF, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Entra
