Lead a team of engineers building and scaling ModMed's developer enablement platform. You will drive the strategy and execution for tooling, infrastructure, and self-service capabilities, empowering software delivery teams to build, deploy, and operate applications efficiently and securely. This role is key to accelerating product delivery and improving developer productivity across the organization.

- Lead and mentor platform engineering teams
- Own the vision and roadmap for the Developer Enablement Platform
- Drive self-service solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC
- Champion cloud-native standards and containerized deployments
- Establish enterprise-wide observability and reliability standards
- Manage cloud governance, security, performance, and cost optimization
