Senior Systems Engineer, OS Automation

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, build, and operate the software stack that transforms bare-metal machines into healthy Kubernetes workers. You will develop services, APIs, and libraries for OS image management, boot-time configuration, and system validation, focusing on reliability and automation. This role involves working with constraint solvers, testing frameworks, and natural language interfaces to infrastructure.

• Design and operate boot-configuration services with complex compatibility modeling
• Extend end-to-end test frameworks for OS images on real hardware
• Build libraries for declarative node storage configuration
• Develop natural-language interfaces for system interaction
• Own and evolve service contracts (gRPC/Connect-RPC, Protobuf)
• Contribute to AI-assisted automation for infrastructure
