Senior Site Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in supporting RBC's critical monitoring systems. You will focus on ensuring the reliability and performance of enterprise systems by managing incidents, automating operational tasks, and driving continuous improvements. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with development teams and provide subject matter expertise to enhance application reliability and observability.

• Support and enhance monitoring systems like Dynatrace and Catchpoint
• Manage incidents and on-call rotations using PagerDuty
• Automate operational tasks and develop SRE solutions
• Collaborate with development teams on reliability and observability
• Provide application production support and incident response
• Ensure application availability and uptime against SLOs
