Lead Software Systems Engineer - GPU Performance

Nebius is seeking a Lead Software Systems Engineer to optimize the performance of their AI cloud platform's large-scale GPU clusters. You will work across the full stack, from hardware to networking and virtualization, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks to improve cluster operations and validation. This role involves troubleshooting, evaluating new hardware, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

• Analyze and optimize performance of large-scale GPU clusters

• Troubleshoot GPU cluster performance under real workloads
