Systems Engineer 3

Onto Innovation is seeking a Systems Engineer 3 to support, maintain, and develop complex automated optical inspection and metrology platforms for the semiconductor industry. This role involves integrating hardware and software, qualifying new product configurations, and assessing system performance in various environments. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel to customer sites for integration and troubleshooting.
