About this role

Gradial is seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and operational health of their AI-native platform. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping the foundation of the system, leading the evolution of Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability, and building automation to improve engineering efficiency. You will partner with the engineering team to address scaling risks and influence the long-term platform direction.
