Server Platform Engineer

Jabil is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to their Enterprise and Infrastructure division by developing innovative server solutions for customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end definition, development, and validation of server and rack level solutions, interfacing with various internal teams and customers to ensure optimal performance and meet business needs.

• Serve as a technical advisor for systems engineering and management
• Perform system assembly, validation, and debug of server platforms
• Manage customer escalations, including triage and root cause analysis
• Lead maintenance release activities and technology transitions
• Engage with customers and partners to understand business needs
• Drive pre-sales technical activities and identify new design opportunities
