Guardian is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to enhance the developer experience by building reusable platform capabilities and tooling. You will partner with engineering teams to identify opportunities, drive technical initiatives from discovery to delivery, and improve developer productivity across the software development lifecycle. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
