Systems Reliability Engineer, Sentry Tower

Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and validation of autonomous sensing products. This role involves owning requirements, planning and executing reliability analysis and testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, mission-critical systems.

• Own requirements capture, decomposition, traceability, and validation
• Review system designs for compliance and redundancy
• Ensure FMEA/FMECA is performed and drive product improvements
• Plan and oversee predictive reliability analysis
• Develop and approve Qualification, ALT, and HALT plans
• Partner with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering on acceptance gates
