About this role

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support and enhance a Windows-based enterprise environment, including on-premises infrastructure and AWS cloud services. This role focuses on maintaining the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical applications and infrastructure, with an emphasis on automation and proactive problem-solving.

What we are looking for

Support and optimize Windows Server infrastructure in on-premises and AWS environments
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft IIS web server environments
Handle SSL/TLS certificate management and security protocols
Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using PowerShell, Terraform, or similar
Partner with development, infrastructure, and security teams
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
