As a Site Reliability Engineer at Accenture, you will ensure the stability, availability, and efficiency of critical platforms. You will work at the intersection of operations, platform engineering, automation, and observability, collaborating with development and security teams to proactively identify issues, resolve incidents, and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure stable and reliable operation of critical infrastructure and platform services
- Develop and enhance observability through monitoring, metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
- Manage incidents and errors, identify root causes, and prevent recurring problems
- Automate operational tasks and workflows using scripting and Infrastructure as Code
- Utilize metrics and SRE methodology to improve availability, performance, and stability
- Plan capacity and scaling, and contribute to backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness
