Principal Site Reliability Engineer

Lead the reliability, resilience, and scalability of production services using software and systems engineering practices. Partner with engineering teams to embed reliability throughout the system lifecycle, driving improvements in CI/CD, observability, and automation across the enterprise.

• Apply software engineering and automation to improve service reliability
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Enhance observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
• Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD, IaC, and automation
• Provide enterprise-level technical leadership for critical incidents
• Reduce operational toil through software and automation
