System Engineer- Wet Equipment

Applied Materials is seeking a Systems Engineer to define and optimize wet equipment for 300mm wafer-level processing. This role involves translating process requirements into tool specifications, evaluating vendor solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality system performance.

• Define requirements for wet processing tools (cleaning, wet etch, surface preparation)
• Translate process needs into equipment specifications
• Conduct vendor benchmarking and selection
• Evaluate tool performance, footprint, throughput, and facility constraints
• Collaborate with process, facilities, and integration teams
• Identify gaps between process requirements and available solutions
