Senior Infrastructure Engineer

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at NorthMark Strategies, you will be a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our corporate IT infrastructure. You will tackle complex, high-impact projects, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements in reliability, security, and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to shape our technology strategy and directly contribute to the enduring success of our investment firm.

• Design, deploy, and maintain corporate infrastructure including servers, storage, and cloud services
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers
• Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code for improved efficiency and consistency
• Lead infrastructure projects from design through to handover
• Resolve complex incidents and problems, driving root cause analysis
• Build security into designs and solutions from the outset
