Lead Infrastructure Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Lead Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise observability and telemetry platforms. This role involves hands-on technical leadership in modern logging, monitoring, and AI-driven insights using tools like Splunk and Cribl, with a focus on hybrid and cloud environments.

• Lead design, development, and evolution of enterprise observability and telemetry platforms
• Own architecture, reliability, and scalability of enterprise logging platforms
• Design and integrate AI/ML models for anomaly detection and predictive alerting
• Build and operationalize agentic AI systems for autonomous log analysis
• Partner with platform, SRE, security, and compliance teams
• 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering experience
