About this role

Join Qualys as a Senior DevOps Engineer, Observability, to design, build, and operate a high-scale observability platform. You will own end-to-end infrastructure for production environments, focusing on telemetry pipelines, ClickHouse optimization, and HyperDX for troubleshooting. This role is for a deeply technical, automation-oriented engineer ready to take ownership and drive production reliability.

What we are looking for

Design, build, and operate scalable observability platforms (ClickHouse, HyperDX, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes)
Architect and optimize ClickHouse for high-volume observability workloads
Build and manage OpenTelemetry Collector pipelines for telemetry data
Deploy and operate observability infrastructure on Kubernetes
Automate infrastructure deployment, configuration, and operational tasks
Partner with teams to improve production visibility and incident response
