Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to architect and build an enterprise automation capability using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. You will establish repeatable models for automating infrastructure configuration, software deployment, patching, and operational procedures, integrating with OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines. This role is crucial for expanding automation across multiple technical teams and ensuring a secure, auditable, and efficient operational environment.

• Architect and implement enterprise infrastructure automation using Ansible Automation Platform
• Develop reusable Ansible roles, playbooks, and workflows for various operational tasks
• Integrate Ansible with GitHub Enterprise for version control and auditable processes
• Design and implement API-driven and event-driven automation solutions
• Automate tasks across Windows, Linux/Unix, and OpenShift/Kubernetes environments
• Establish standards for automation development, testing, and production execution
