About this role

AIS is seeking a Cloud Engineer IV to support federal government clients by migrating sensitive workloads to the cloud. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant cloud architectures on Azure Government, utilizing infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines. You will also provide strategic cloud consulting and mentor junior team members.

What we are looking for

Design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions on Azure Government
Utilize PaaS/IaaS services and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, AKS)
Develop infrastructure as code (IAC) using CI/CD pipelines with Terraform
Lead cloud consulting engagements and provide strategic insights
Educate stakeholders on cloud solutions, security best practices, and cost optimization
Migrate sensitive workloads to the cloud with emphasis on security and compliance
