Calix is seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in Networking to provide escalation support for their cloud-first platform. This role involves troubleshooting complex customer issues, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, software applications, and a passion for solving technical challenges.
What we are looking for
6- Provide escalation support via telephone, web, or customer site
- Take ownership of customer technical product issues with urgency
- Create technical documentation for internal and external audiences
- Support Revenue Edge portfolio, Cloud and Cloud-Connected Wi-Fi Premises equipment
- Troubleshoot complex networking issues including TCP/IP, L2/L3 routing, and wireless protocols
- Utilize Python, SQL, and Linux for problem-solving and automation
