What we are looking for

Own design, codification, testing, and delivery of Kubernetes microservices configurations
Drive operational perfection using GitOps with Argo CD
Implement progressive delivery, autoscaling, and resiliency
Manage secrets securely with HashiCorp Vault and Kubernetes Secrets
Apply data-driven approach using Prometheus and Grafana for reliability
Enforce governance with Open Policy Agent for secure, compliant deployments
