About this role
Cisco is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their DB Oracle Automation Team in Hyderabad. This role involves building resilient infrastructure, automating operational processes, and ensuring high system availability through collaboration and hands-on development. You will design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure, manage cloud platforms, and develop automation software for database and cloud platforms.
What we are looking for
6- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure
- Manage cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms
- Develop and deploy large scale database platform automation using Python, Angular, Flask
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks
- Collaborate with development, QA, security, and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines
