About this role
As a Senior DevSecOps Software Engineer at Draper, you will architect and implement secure, scalable software delivery pipelines for critical mission programs. You will own the DevSecOps lifecycle, from CI/CD orchestration to container hardening and policy enforcement, while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver field-ready capabilities. This role requires full-stack fluency and a commitment to a shift-left security mindset to drive resilient system design and deployment.

- Architect and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Orchestrate Kubernetes workloads with Helm and Helmfile
- Enforce policy-as-code through YAML configurations
- Full-stack development in Node.js, TypeScript, and React
- Lead sub-system architecture and mitigate technical risk
- Mentor junior engineers and drive secure coding practices
