Senior IT Systems Engineer

Curriculum Associates is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to manage and support their IT infrastructure and cloud services, focusing on security, availability, and scalability. This role involves analyzing and improving IT systems, collaborating on design, overseeing installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and coaching junior team members. The position requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and Microsoft server products.

• Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure and cloud services
• Maintain, monitor, and react to error conditions for IT assets
• Analyze IT infrastructure for performance, capacity, and scalability improvements
• Collaborate on computer systems and network infrastructure design
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide 24x7 on-call support
• Coach and train infrastructure and service desk teams
