About this role
As a Cloud Engineer III, you will deploy, configure, and troubleshoot physical and virtualized infrastructures, ensuring the continuity of client and QTS systems. You will analyze and resolve technical issues with a focus on customer satisfaction, while continuously growing your technical and soft skills in a dynamic environment.

- Deploy and support VMware ESXi and similar technologies
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux platforms
- Automate tasks using Python, Ansible, PowerShell, or JavaScript/JSON/REST API
- Plan and execute system maintenance, upgrades, and patching
- Analyze system performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide customer-focused support and manage escalated tickets
