About this role

Plata Card is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their Infrastructure Platform Team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining an efficient and reliable IT infrastructure, focusing on PaaS over Kubernetes, observability, and authentication. This role involves creating innovative fintech services on an AWS-based platform, managing Kubernetes clusters, and automating infrastructure with Terraform.

What we are looking for

Manage Kubernetes clusters for efficient deployment and scaling
Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code automation
Implement Istio service mesh for enhanced microservices architecture
Streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate repetitive tasks
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure for high availability
5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with AWS and Kubernetes
