Site Reliability Engineer

Kudu Dynamics, an employee-owned company, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to build and operate reliable, reproducible, and maintainable compute platforms. This role focuses on infrastructure, Linux systems, and automation, with a strong emphasis on Nix and NixOS. You will own critical systems, improve resilience, and ensure operational insights are delivered dependably to customers.

• Own reliability and operation of critical compute and data platforms
• Design, deploy, and maintain Linux infrastructure, including NixOS
• Build reproducible system configurations and deployment workflows
• Develop reusable NixOS modules, packages, and system configurations
• Improve platform resilience, fault tolerance, and recoverability
• Build monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities
