Lead Infrastructure Engineer

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide senior technical leadership and architectural ownership for Moog's core infrastructure platforms. This hands-on role involves setting technical direction, defining standards, and guiding the delivery of solutions across Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix. You will translate business needs into an executable roadmap, mentor engineers, and ensure the security and resiliency of our global infrastructure.

• Own technical roadmap, architecture, and standards for core infrastructure
• Lead engineering direction for AD, Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix
• Hands-on technical leadership, not people management
• Design secure authentication, authorization, and privileged administration models
• Coach engineers and reduce key-person dependency
• Drive Active Directory modernization and infrastructure resiliency initiatives
