About this role

Join our GridBeats™ team as a Senior Deployment and Site Reliability Engineer, where you'll be responsible for deploying, commissioning, and maintaining our innovative grid automation software at customer sites. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires deep Kubernetes expertise and involves resolving critical issues, ensuring system reliability, and providing valuable field insights back to product development.

What we are looking for

Deploy, commission, and upgrade GridBeats™ software in diverse customer environments
Serve as the technical escalation point for critical production incidents
Deep expertise in Kubernetes operations and containerization
Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Automate deployments and infrastructure using IaC
Collaborate with product teams to improve software deployability and supportability
