About this role

Join Cisco's Splunk Agent Resilience team as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Bangalore. You will be responsible for building and operating the AI resilience platform's deployment infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for both cloud and air-gapped customer deployments. This role involves significant automation, collaboration with engineering teams, and hands-on troubleshooting of complex distributed systems.

What we are looking for

Operate and improve Kubernetes-based production infrastructure
Own customer deployments across cloud and air-gapped environments
Build and improve deployment observability, monitoring, and alerting
Improve reliability and efficiency through automation
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Design and develop internal tooling using Python and/or Go
