Site Reliability Engineer

Centric Software is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support their innovative SaaS platform, specifically the Shoppingfeed product. You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and QA teams to ensure application reliability and performance. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues, scaling web layers, managing containerized workloads, and owning the deployment process.

• Diagnose and resolve application-level reliability and performance issues
• Tune and scale the web-serving layer under production load
• Develop, maintain, and support Docker-based workloads
• Own the product deployment and upgrade process end to end
• Support and troubleshoot running customer-facing services
• Define reliability metrics and ensure systems meet them
