- Maintain and improve reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems
- Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews
- Develop automation tools to reduce manual work and improve observability
- Support infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Gain experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with senior SREs and engineering teams on reliability solutions
