About this role

Ema is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and manage the core infrastructure powering our Agentic AI platform. You will design scalable cloud systems, automate deployments, and ensure the reliability and security of our multi-tenant SaaS architecture. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a rapidly growing AI company backed by top investors and founded by industry veterans.

What we are looking for

Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure
Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Ansible
Implement CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments
Build observability systems (logging, monitoring, alerting)
Ensure security, performance, and reliability at scale
Support multi-tenant SaaS architecture and scaling
