Senior Site Reliability Engineer – Observability

Join Cisco's Site Reliability Engineering team to design, build, and operate enterprise observability platforms for logging, metrics, and tracing across large-scale cloud infrastructure. You will focus on Kubernetes-based workloads, enhance visibility, reduce incident resolution times, and improve overall platform reliability. This role involves on-call responsibilities and collaboration with various engineering teams.

• Design, deploy, and operate enterprise observability platforms (Splunk, Elasticsearch, Grafana Tempo)
• Build and maintain telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces
• Implement and scale monitoring systems like Prometheus and Grafana
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational processes with Terraform
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and participate in incident response
• 7+ years of SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps experience

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
