Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Join OutSystems as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the reliability, scalability, and security of our mission-critical platform. You will define SLO/SLI frameworks, design resilient cloud-native infrastructure using IaC and Kubernetes, and drive observability strategies. This role involves incident command, building automation tools, and mentoring engineering talent.

• Architect and standardize SLO/SLI frameworks
• Lead design and rollout of IaC and Kubernetes environments
• Drive observability strategy and telemetry solutions
• Act as Incident Commander during critical system events
• Build core automation frameworks in Python or Go
• Mentor software and reliability engineers
