IT Operations Engineer

As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be a key resource for Field IT, providing essential support for hardware, software, network, and endpoint technologies. You will resolve complex technical issues, ensure infrastructure reliability, and assist with enterprise technology initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable technology services, contributing to operational excellence and a high-quality end-user experience.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for end users
• Support infrastructure reliability and enterprise technology deployments
• Perform endpoint vulnerability remediation and security compliance
• Provide local infrastructure support and coordinate with vendors
• Manage PC lifecycle activities and user access requests
