About this role

Join Cisco as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the AI resilience of Splunk Agent Observability. You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our deployment platform and production infrastructure, supporting both cloud and air-gapped customer environments. This hybrid role requires approximately two days per week on-site in San Francisco, San Jose, or New York City.

What we are looking for

Operate and improve Kubernetes-based production infrastructure
Own customer deployments across cloud and air-gapped environments
Build and improve deployment observability, monitoring, and alerting
Improve reliability and efficiency through automation
Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Design and develop internal tooling using Python or Go
