About this role

As an Infrastructure Engineer at APM Terminals Pecém, you will be instrumental in supporting, implementing, and maintaining critical IT and OT services that ensure the safe and efficient operation of our terminal. You will collaborate with global teams to manage infrastructure, networks, applications, and cybersecurity, contributing to continuous improvement and technological advancements in a dynamic, international environment.

What we are looking for

Ensure availability and performance of IT/OT infrastructure, networks, and systems
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network equipment
Provide L1/L2 support for critical systems including TOS/Navis N4
Monitor IT/OT environments and support incident resolution
Contribute to infrastructure and operational technology projects
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing
