Altera Digital Health is seeking a Principal Systems Site Reliability Engineer to join their Cloud Infrastructure team in Singapore. This remote role focuses on ensuring the security, stability, and high availability of critical healthcare systems for clients across the APAC region. You will lead technical strategy, architect scalable cloud environments, and mentor team members.

Resolve complex challenges across project lifecycles and live client environments
Monitor, tune, and optimize control systems for maximum uptime
Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and advanced SQL Server performance tuning
