About this role

Cleveland Metropolitan School District is seeking a senior Infrastructure Engineer to manage and operate our enterprise network and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for building, configuring, and troubleshooting the systems that support all district operations, including our Cisco Meraki network, data center, SD-WAN, and Azure environment. This role involves implementing architectural standards, resolving complex technical issues, and mentoring junior staff.

What we are looking for

Engineer, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, firewalls, switches, wireless)
Manage data center, SD-WAN, and Azure network foundation
Implement network segmentation, access control, and VPN services
Perform firmware lifecycle management and system upgrades
Serve as the primary escalation point for network faults
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT staff
