Expert Site Reliability Engineer

As an Expert Site Reliability Engineer, you will be a key technical leader, guiding clients and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of complex healthcare IT solutions. You will translate business needs into robust technical architectures, design system integrations, and proactively mitigate risks to deliver exceptional client satisfaction and elevate care delivery.

• Provide strategic technical guidance and deep expertise to hosted clients
• Collaborate with hosting, development, and client teams as the primary technical liaison
• Develop and document comprehensive technical architectures for complex solutions
• Design and document system integrations, data flows, and infrastructure components
• Identify and proactively mitigate technical risks for assigned clients
• Mentor and lead other Site Reliability Engineers
