About this role

RingCentral is seeking an SRE Surveillance Analyst to join their Network Operations Center on the 2nd shift. This role involves monitoring production networks, investigating and resolving system issues or alarms, and implementing disaster recovery procedures. You will also triage issues with business partners and customers, and maintain accurate ticketing system data.
