Leasing Consultant

AvalonBay Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage daily operations for their apartment community in Yonkers, NY. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, conducting personalized property tours, and following up on leads to help prospective residents find their ideal home. The position requires weekend availability and strong sales and communication skills.

• Provide incredible customer service and build resident relationships
• Utilize sales and marketing skills for leasing performance
• Follow through on leads with tailored updates for prospective residents
• Assist residents and colleagues in creating a better living experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service
