Senior Engineer, Linux System Administrator

Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Engineer, Linux System Administrator to join their IT Operations team in San Jose, CA. This role is fully on-site and focuses on maintaining and enhancing Linux server environments, ensuring system security, and developing automation scripts. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in Linux system administration and expertise in scripting and configuration management.

• Maintain Linux server operating systems and monitor server/network environment
• Develop automation scripts for consistency and supportability
• Plan and execute Linux system upgrades and software patches
• Establish and maintain security and integrity controls
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• At least 5 years of experience managing production Linux environments
