Linux Systems Automation Engineer

As a Linux Systems Automation Engineer, you will engineer, deploy, and improve critical infrastructure on RHEL platforms to support national defense missions. You will design monitoring and automation solutions, collaborate with engineers, and drive modernization in cloud and data center operations using Python and Ansible.

• Maintain, secure, and optimize RHEL-based systems
• Design and develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and compliance
• Manage and support virtualized and containerized workloads
• Implement and maintain security compliance measures (STIGs, vulnerability scanning)
• Apply configuration management best practices using Ansible
• Support on-site delivery and collaborate with government stakeholders
