Join The Access Group as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer in our 24x7 Global Operations Centre in Kuala Lumpur. You will monitor and support our global SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our public and private cloud infrastructure. This role requires a strong IT foundation, cloud technology knowledge, and a customer-first mentality.

Monitor and intervene in 24x7 operations for 99.999% availability
Deploy and configure hyperscale infrastructure solutions
Optimize system performance and conduct capacity planning
Implement security measures and best practices
Administer Active Directory and support Citrix environments
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
