Patient Care Technician - PCT

As a Patient Care Technician (PCT) at Fresenius Medical Care, you will work as part of a dialysis healthcare team, providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your responsibilities include operating hemodialysis machines, assisting with patient education, monitoring patients during treatment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Operate hemodialysis machines and monitor patient response
• Perform vascular access cannulation and administer heparin
• Obtain vital signs and monitor patient's condition during treatment
• Assist with patient education on dialysis and disease process
• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment
• Document patient treatment data accurately
